Now that asparagus is in season, this is such an easy recipe to enjoy. I thought my Paula Dean recipe for asparagus was the best until my friend showed me Ina Garten's asparagus recipe. This is delicious and easy.
Roasted Parmesan Asparagus, Ina Garten
Bunch of asparagus olive oil kosher salt pepper parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Break off the bottom ends of the asparagus and lay them in a single layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and return to the oven for another minute.
